Hi, my name is Stan Lee! ⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣I am what they call an “ornery puppy.” I may not have the creative skills yet, but with patience, time and lots of hard work, I could show you just how smart and amazing I can be! I may be just out of puppy age, but I certainly still act like a young pup! I do a lot of things I shouldn’t do, like mouthing and biting on your hands, and jumping all over you. These behaviors won’t be fun or funny when I’m older—my teeth will be able to do real damage and I may knock you or someone else down.⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣So, if you’re thinking of adopting me, consider:⁣ ⁣· I need a home where I’m provided the training and the management I need to be a good dog.⁣ ⁣· I need to learn through positive reinforcement, not punishment.⁣ ⁣· I need play time. I need quiet time. I need training time.⁣ ⁣· And I need a home with no children under 12.⁣ ⁣· And I need an adopter who has the time to work with me and the patience to allow me to learn.⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣If your life is really busy right now, or if you’re not sure you can make the commitment to raise me right, please don’t ask to meet me. But if you’re ready to commit the time and the training to helping me become a good dog, ask the folks at the shelter about meeting me. If you’re looking for ell them a “ornery puppy” sent you.
