Hi! My name is Chubbs. ⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣I’m one of the “Diamond Dogs” here at NHS. Yes, that means that I’m a GEM of a dog. I just need some “polish” & the right “setting” to sparkle as my very best self!⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣I’m a nervous boy who has a hard time meeting new people. I’m slow to warm up, but as you can tell, I’m very food motivated! I’m looking for someone who has a lot of patience (and treats), who will allow me to come out of my shell at my own pace. I promise that I’m worth the wait! Once I warm up to you, good luck keeping me off your lap! And not to brag or anything, but the staff and volunteers tell me that I have the best personality. I’m spunky, playful, and I LOVE toys! I’ll even play fetch with you! Because new people will always be difficult for me, I’d do best in a low traffic home without children under 12.
