My name is Jackz. I haven’t met a person that I don’t like! It’s all about getting pet and having fun with the family for me! I’m the kind of the companion that may do well with children and with a family that has friends over because I want to be their friend too! I’m easygoing, can go with the flow and am ready to join in all the family activities. I can be a bit too overzealous with getting food and treats and can get jumpy and mouthy when excited or anxious. For these reasons I should go to a home with children closer to their teens as my behaviors could be a bit alarming for younger children. I don’t mean anything about it, I just really like food and coming from a situation where I wasn’t fed often enough, I feel the need to search out food and become a bit too excited about it. I would love to meet the whole family, including resident dogs, before going to my new forever home. I tend to get attached to people quickly and have a hard time saying goodbye, even if it’s for just for a few hours. I will need a family that will help me learn how to be by myself. Giving me things to do like puzzle feeders, frozen stuffed kongs, playing music or the tv, etc are just a few ways that could me enjoy my time away from you.
