It's hard to believe that there are people in this world that neglect and abuse animals. Sadly, that was the case for Roxy. She never knew what a real home was until she was brought into a shelter that found her a forever home. Roxy is incredibly happy with her new family. Even though she was a victim of neglect, she's just a big ball of love. #fureverhomes
