He came to us as a stray and try as we might, we could not find his owners. Bogart is kid, dog and cat friendly. He pretty much is just easy going. He has stolen the hearts of the staff at the shelter and we know he will steal yours too. We have no idea why this guy is still at the shelter, but here is your chance.
