Not every animal in a shelter is there because they are a victim of neglect or abandonment. Sometimes, life can deal us a bad hand and we have to make tough decisions. Meet Nina the Border Collie Mix. Unfortunately, her previous owner had to give her up because of his deteriorating health. Needless to say, he was absolutely heartbroken. Luckily, Nina was able to meet a new family and make her days in the shelter a thing of the past. #fureverhomes
